Calls for a stone to commemorate the victims of extreme poverty to be placed in the area in front of the European Parliament in Brussels, similar to the stones at the Trocadero in Paris, the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, the Reichstag in Berlin, the basilica of St John Lateran in Rome, and the United Nations in New York;
11. verzoekt dat op het voorplein van het Europees Parlement in Brussel een tegel wordt geplaatst ter ere van de slachtoffers van armoede, naar het voorbeeld van de tegels op het voorplein van het Trocadéro in Parijs, de Raad van Europa in Straatsburg, de Rijksdag in Berlijn, de basiliek Sint-Jan van Lateranen in Rome en de Verenigde Naties in New York;
