(b)When the problem identified arose during primary production, the official veterinarian is to inform the veterinarian attending the holding of provenance, the food business operator responsible for the holding of provenance (provided that such information would not prejudice subsequent legal proceedings) and, where appropriate, the competent authority responsible for supervising the holding of provenance or the hunting area.
b)Als het gesignaleerde probleem zich voordeed bij de primaire productie, informeert de officiële dierenarts de dierenarts van het bedrijf van herkomst, de exploitant van het levensmiddelenbedrijf die verantwoordelijk is voor dat bedrijf van herkomst (op voorwaarde dat een eventueel rechterlijk onderzoek daardoor niet geschaad wordt), en, zo nodig, de bevoegde autoriteit die toezicht houdt op het bedrijf van herkomst van de dieren of op het jachtterrein.
