In the case of narrow-track tractors as defined in the second indent of Article 1 of Council Directive 87/402/EEC (1) and tractors of category T4.3 as defined in Annex II, Chapter B, Appendix 1, Part I, of Directive 2003/37/EC the requirements of point 2.3.2.9 shall not apply to the zone situated below a plane inclined at 45° to the rear and transverse to the direction of travel, and passing through a point located 230 mm behind the seat index point (see Figure 7).
Bij smalspoortrekkers, zoals gedefinieerd in artikel 1, tweede streepje, van Richtlijn 87/402/EEG van de Raad (1) en bij trekkers van categorie T4.3, zoals gedefinieerd in bijlage II, hoofdstuk B, aanhangsel 1, deel I, bij Richtlijn 2003/37/EG, zijn de voorschriften van punt 2.3.2.9 niet van toepassing op de zone die zich onder een 45° naar achteren hellend vlak bevindt dat dwars op de rijrichting door een punt gaat dat zich 230 mm achter het referentiepunt van de zitplaats bevindt (zie figuur 7).
