‘ancillary services’ means all services necessary for access to and the operation of transmission networks, distribution networks, LNG facilities, and/or storage facilities, including load balancing, blending and injection of inert gases, but not including facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators carrying out their functions.
„ondersteunende diensten”: een dienst die nodig is voor de toegang tot en de exploitatie van transmissienetten, distributienetten, of LNG-installaties en/of opslaginstallaties, met inbegrip van het opvangen van fluctuaties in systeembelasting, menging en injecteren van inerte gassen maar niet inbegrepen installaties die uitsluitend ten dienste staan van transmissiesysteembeheerders bij de uitoefening van hun functies.
