– (PL) Mr President, a policy that fosters innovation depends on a universally accessible education system that favours innovation, advanced scientific research, a properly functioning single market, the synergy produced by enlargement, the Community patent and licensing strategy, the establishment of a European Centre for Innovation and a European Institute of Technology, as well as the creative implementation of European Union legislation on chemical substances, energy, the environment, etc.
– (PL) Mijnheer de Voorzitter, het slagen van een beleid dat innovatie bevordert, is afhankelijk van een algemeen toegankelijk onderwijssysteem dat innovatie ondersteunt, van geavanceerd wetenschappelijk onderzoek, van een goed functionerende interne markt, van de synergie die voortvloeit uit de uitbreiding, van de communautaire strategie betreffende octrooien en licenties, van de oprichting van een Europees Centrum voor Innovatie en van een Europees Instituut voor Technologie, van de creatieve tenuitvoerlegging van de EU-wetgeving inzake chemische stoffen, energie, milieubeleid, enzovoort.
