These codes of conduct should include, as appropriate to the specific nature of each profession, rules for commercial communications relating to the regulated professions and rules of professional ethics and conduct of the regulated professions which aim, in particular, at ensuring independence, impartiality and professional secrecy.
Deze gedragscodes moeten, naargelang de specifieke aard van elk beroep, voorschriften voor commerciële communicatie in verband met de gereglementeerde beroepen bevatten, alsmede ethische en gedragsregels voor de gereglementeerde beroepen, die met name de onafhankelijkheid, de onpartijdigheid en het beroepsgeheim beogen te waarborgen.
