The assessment of the sustainability of the government debt shall be based on the most likely macroeconomic scenario or a more prudent scenario and budgetary forecasts using the most up-to-date information and taking proper account of the outcome of the reporting referred to in point (a) of Article 3(3) as well as any supervisory task exercised in accordance with point (b) of Article 3(3).
De beoordeling van de houdbaarheid van de overheidsschuld wordt gebaseerd op het meest waarschijnlijke macro-economische scenario of op een meer prudent scenario, en op budgettaire prognoses, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de meest recente informatie en terdege rekening wordt gehouden met de conclusies van het verslag als bedoeld in artikel 3, lid 3, on der a), en ook van elke toezichthoudende taak die wordt uitgeoefend in overeenstemming met artikel 3, lid 3, onder b).
