3. Asks the Member States concerned to investigate the possibilities and possible impact of bringing under permanent structured cooperation, as envisaged in the Lisbon Treaty, existing multinational forces such as Eurocorps, Eurofor, Euromarfor, the European Gendarmerie Force, the Spanish-Italian amphibious force, the European Air Group, the European Air Coordination cell in Eindhoven, the Athens Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre and all relevant forces and structures for ESDP operations;
3. verzoekt de betrokken lidstaten de mogelijkheden en de mogelijke impact te onderzoeken van het onderbrengen in een permanente gestructureerde samenwerking, zoals in het Verdrag van Lissabon in het vooruitzicht is gesteld, van bestaande multinationale troepenmachten, zoals Eurokorps, Eurofor, Euromarfor, het Europees gendarmeriekorps, de Spaans-Italiaanse amfibische gevechtsgroep, de Europese Groep van Luchtmachten, de European Air Coordination Cell in Eindhoven, het Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre in Athene, en alle andere troepenmachten en structuren die voor operaties in het kader van het EVDB relevant zijn;
