For the purposes of applying Article 46 (2)

Bij de toepassing van artikel 46, lid 2, van de verordening zullen de Nederlandse organen de volgende bepalingen in acht nemen: a) is de betrokkene op het tijdstip waarop de arbeidsongeschiktheid met daaropvolgende invaliditeit is ontstaan, werknemer in de zin van artikel 1, sub a), van de verordening, dan stelt het bevoegde orgaan het uitkeringsbedrag vast overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de Wet op de Arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering van 18 februari 1966 (WAO), rekening houdende met: - de tijdvakken van verzekering, vervuld krachtens genoemde wet van 18 februari 1966 (WAO);
