2. For the purpose of establishing the origin of materials used within the framework of cumulation under Article 85, the exporter of a product manufactured using materials originating in a party with which cumulation is permitted shall rely on the proof of origin provided by the supplier of those materials on condition that that proof has been issued in accordance with the provisions of the GSP rules of origin of Norway, Switzerland or where applicable Turkey, as the case may be.

Om de oorsprong van in het kader van cumulatie op grond van artikel 85 gebruikte materialen vast te stellen, gaat de exporteur van een product dat is vervaardigd met gebruik van materialen van oorsprong uit een partij waarmee cumulatie is toegestaan, uit van het door de leverancier verstrekte bewijs van oorsprong van deze materialen op voorwaarde dat dit bewijs is afgegeven overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de SAP-oorsprongsregels van Noorwegen, Zwitserland of in voorkomend geval Turkije, al naar gelang het geval.
