Hence also the motions which had been proposed by my party, including with my signature, for an initial statement that the Commission will make specific recommendations for charging methods within two years and, secondly, the proposal that, until that is the case, reasonable – that is to say, non-arbitrary – national charging methods can be used.
Vandaar ook dat mijn fractie amendementen heeft ingediend, die mede door mij zijn ondertekend. Ten eerste wordt de Commissie verzocht om binnen twee jaar met concrete voorstellen voor berekeningsmethoden te komen. En ten tweede stellen wij voor om, zolang dit niet het geval is, op nationaal niveau logische – dat wil zeggen: geen willekeurige – berekeningsmethoden te kunnen gebruiken.
