Underlines that a genuine solution to the current crisis can only be found through honest negotiations, the withdrawal of Israel from the territories occupied since 1967 and a final, just and lasting solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which can only be the two-state solution - the establishment of a Palestinian State on the basis of the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, and a comprehensive settlement for all the Palestinian refugees on the basis of UN General Assembly Resolution 194;
