2. For the purposes of heading No , the expression "original engravings, prints and lithographs" means impressions produced directly, in black and white or in colour, of one or of several plates wholly executed by hand by the artist, irrespective of the process or of the material employed by him, but not including any mechanical or photomechanical process.
2. Als "originele gravures, originele etsen en originele litho's", in de zin van post , worden aangemerkt, die, welke rechtstreeks in het zwart of in kleuren zijn afgedrukt van één of meer door de kunstenaar geheel met de hand vervaardigde platen, ongeacht het materiaal waarop dit afdrukken is geschied en ongeacht de gevolgde techniek, met uitzondering van de mechanische en van de fotomechanische reproductietechniek.
