13) "costo totale del credito per il consumatore": il costo totale del credito per il consumatore quale definito all'articolo 3, lettera g), della direttiva 2008/48/CE, inclusi i costi della valutazione dei beni immobili se tale valutazione è necessaria per ottenere il credito ma esclusi i costi di registrazione fondiaria per il trasferimento della proprietà del bene immobile.
(13) 'Total cost of the credit to the consumer' means the total cost of the credit to the consumer as defined in point (g) of Article 3 of Directive 2008/48/EC including the cost of valuation of property where such valuation is necessary to obtain the credit but excluding registration fees for the transfer of ownership of the immovable property.
