...[+++]iali; sottolinea che la decisione della Corte di giustizia dell'Unione europea del 19 novembre 2013 sul metodo di adeguamento delle retribuzioni per il 2011 comporta conseguenze anche sui pagamenti in termini di coefficiente correttore, nonché sul tasso di cambio applicabile EUR - GBP, dato che il pacchetto di adeguamento delle retribuzioni include anche questi due aspetti; insiste affinché l'Agenzia, in stretta collaborazione con la Commissione, trovi una soluzione nell'interesse del personale e nel rispetto delle norme; s'interroga sul motivo per il quale la Corte non abbia espresso commenti sulla questione delle rette scolastiche negli anni precedenti e sostiene l'argomentazione dell'Agenzia in relazione al pagamento delle rette scolastiche in assenza di una Scuola europea; ha preso nota del minore importo riportato al 2013 rispetto al 2010 e al 2011; è consapevole che il riporto è in parte legato al nuovo progetto immobiliare; ricorda all'Agenzia il principio di annualità del bilancio; 3.
