Come risulta da tali disposizioni, in particolare dal ricorso al termine «rappresentate» all’art. 19, terzo comma, dello Statuto della Corte, per presentare ricorso dinanzi al Tribunale una «parte», ai sensi di tale articolo, deve avvalersi degli uffici di un terzo abilitato a patrocinare dinanzi a un giudice di uno Stato membro o di uno Stato aderente all’Accordo sullo Spazio economico europeo (ordinanza della Corte 5 dicembre 1996, causa C-174/96 P, Lopes/Corte di giustizia, Racc. pag. I-6401, punto 11; ordinanza del Tribunale 29 novembre 1999, causa T‑131/99, Shaw e a./Commissione, non pubblicata nella Raccolta, punto 11).
