2. Whenever AIFMs buy or sell financial instruments or other assets for which best execution is relevant, and for the purposes of paragraph 1, they shall take all reasonable steps to obtain the best possible result for the AIFs they manage or the investors in these AIFs, taking into account price, costs, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, size, nature or any other consideration relevant to the execution of the order.
2. Bij het kopen of verkopen van financiële instrumenten of van andere activa waarvoor optimale uitvoering relevant is en voor de toepassing van lid 1 nemen abi-beheerders alle redelijke maatregelen om het best mogelijke resultaat voor de door hen beheerde abi’s of de beleggers in die abi’s te behalen, rekening houdend met de prijs, de kosten, de snelheid, de waarschijnlijkheid van uitvoering en afwikkeling, de omvang en de aard van de order, alsook alle andere voor de uitvoering van de order relevante aspecten.
