From 1990 to 1995, Director General of the Public Enterprise Audit Division, responsible for monitoring international developments, particularly in the field of INTOSAI and organisations set up by the latter in various regions (AFROSAI, ARABOSAI, ASOSAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI, OLACEFS and SPASAI), and for cooperating in United Nation projects in the financial audit field.
Van 1990 tot 1995 directeur-generaal van de afdeling controle van overheidsbedrijven, belast met het volgen van internationale ontwikkelingen op het gebied van INTOSAI en de door haar in diverse regio's opgerichte organisaties (AFROSAI, ARABOSAI, ASOSAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI, OLACEFS en SPASAI) en met de medewerking inzake projecten van de Verenigde Naties op het gebied van financiële controle.
