Whereas by 1 July 1967 certain Member States had not succeeded in complying with the provisions of the above-mentioned Directive with regard to the species Abies alba, Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris and Pseudotsuga taxifolia ; whereas an additional period should therefore be granted to them;
Overwegende dat bepaalde Lid-Staten de bovengenoemde richtlijn betreffende de boomsoorten Abies alba , Picea abies , Pinus silvestris en Pseudotsuga taxifolia niet op 1 juli 1967 ten uitvoer hebben kunnen leggen ; dat het derhalve wenselijk is voor deze landen een aanvullende termijn vast te stellen ;
