Selection criteria for allogeneic living donors must be established and documented by the tissue establishment (and the transplanting clinician in the case of direct distribution to the recipient), based on the specific tissue or cells to be donated, together with the donor’s physical status and medical and behavioural history and the results of clinical investigations and laboratory tests establishing the donor’s state of health.
De selectiecriteria voor allogene levende donors worden opgesteld en gedocumenteerd door de weefselinstelling (en de transplantatiearts in geval van rechtstreekse distributie aan de ontvanger), afhankelijk van de te doneren weefsels of cellen in kwestie en de lichamelijke toestand van de donor, diens medische en sociale anamnese en de uitslagen van klinisch onderzoek en laboratoriumtests ter bepaling van de gezondheid van de donor.
