The OECD's Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials in International Business Transactions (Anti-Bribery Convention)[15] focuses on the specific issue of bribery of foreign public officials in international business transactions, and cannot be extended to other areas of importance for the fight against corruption in the EU.
