(h) the regularity, speed and accuracy with which the third country supplies information on the existence of infectious or contagious animal diseases in its territory, particularly the notifiable diseases listed by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) or, in the case of diseases of aquaculture animals, the notifiable diseases listed in the Aquatic Animal Health Code of the OIE.
h) de regelmaat en snelheid waarmee het derde land informatie verschaft, en de betrouwbaarheid van die informatie, over besmettelijke dierziekten op zijn grondgebied, met name die welke voorkomen op de lijsten van aangifteplichtige ziekten van het Internationaal Bureau voor besmettelijke veeziekten (OIE) of, in het geval van ziekten van aquacultuurdieren, de aangifteplichtige ziekten die worden genoemd in de Gezondheidscode voor aquatische dieren van het OIE.
