In the present case, the applicant does not even claim that the methods of marking differed from one candidate to another and that the selection board did not retain the power to make the final assessment and there is no evidence on the file that that was the case.
In het onderhavige geval stelt verzoeker zelfs niet dat de correctiemethoden per kandidaat verschilden en dat de jury niet langer bevoegd was ter zake van de eindbeoordeling, en blijkt ook nergens uit de stukken dat dit het geval was.
