Ik wil opmerken dat de Commissie soortgelijke stappen ook heeft genomen met betrekking tot landen die zich in de toetredingsfase bevinden, bijvoorbeeld door technische ondersteuning aan te bieden aan Bulgarije en Roemenië en deskundigen naar beide landen te sturen.
