Welcomes the fact that as called for by the Committee on Budgetary Control, the new travel agency contract, which entered into force on 1 January 2014, allows financial and performance audits to be carried out; notes that the only company to bid for the contract was BCD Travel N.V., the agency which held the previous contract and that the present contract is to run for two years;
101. is ingenomen met het feit dat het nieuwe contract met het reisbureau, dat op 1 januari 2014 is ingegaan, zoals verzocht door de Commissie begrotingscontrole voorziet in de mogelijkheid om controles van de financiën en de prestaties te verrichten; neemt er nota van dat de enige onderneming die op de uitnodiging tot inschrijving gereageerd heeft BCD Travel N.V. is, het bureau dat het vorige contract in de wacht had gesleept, en dat het huidige contract een looptijd van twee jaar heeft;
