In the cases referred to in (b) and (c), matters relating to the consideration offered in the case of a bid, in particular the price, and matters relating to the bid procedure, in particular the information on the offeror’s decision to make a bid, the contents of the offer document and the disclosure of the bid, shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules of the Member State of the competent authority.
In de onder b) en c) bedoelde gevallen worden aangelegenheden in verband met de geboden vergoeding, in het bijzonder de prijs, alsmede aangelegenheden in verband met de biedingsprocedure, in het bijzonder informatie over het besluit van de bieder om een bod uit te brengen, de inhoud van het biedingsbericht en de openbaarmaking van het bod, behandeld volgens de voorschriften van de lidstaat van de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit.
