14. Draws attention to the fact that ordinary Kashmiris, by virtue of the humanitarian situation after the earthquake, are now benefiting progressively from the peace process, through the exchanges taking place and the political commitment by both the Indian and Pakistani Governments to the free movement of people, goods and services (albeit still limited) across the LoC; calls for renewed efforts to enable all Kashmiris, irrespective of political affiliation, to become intimately involved in the modalities of the peace process and CBMs;
14. vestigt de aandacht op het feit dat de gewone Kasjmiri's, als gevolg van de humanitaire situatie na de aardbeving, nu geleidelijk aan baat hebben bij het vredesproces door de uitwisselingen die plaatsvinden en door de politieke toezeggingen van zowel de Indiase als de Pakistaanse regering wat betreft het vrije verkeer van personen, goederen en diensten - zij het nog steeds in beperkte mate - over de bestandslijn; dringt erop aan dat nieuwe inspanningen worden geleverd om alle Kasjmiri's, ongeacht tot welke politieke stroming ze behoren, nauw te betrekken bij de modaliteiten van het vredesproces en de CBM's;
