Welcomes the existence of forums for dialogue between the European Union and the Arab world and the numerous cooperation projects and initiatives set up via the Barcelona Process, the Strategic Partnership for the Mediterranean and the Middle East and cooperation with the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (CCASG);
7. verheugt zich over het feit dat er mogelijkheden tot dialoog tussen de Europese Unie en de Arabische wereld bestaan, en over de talrijke samenwerkingsprojecten en -initiatieven die via het proces van Barcelona worden ingezet, het strategisch partnerschap voor het Middellandse Zeegebied en het Midden-Oosten, en de samenwerking met de Samenwerkingsraad van de Arabische Golfstaten;
