lation or depression, resulting in hallucinations, alterations in motor function, thinking, behaviour, perception, awareness or mood, whether it is intended or not for human consumption, with the purpose of inducing one or more of the effects mentioned above, which is intended for human consumption or is likely to be consumed by humans even if not intended
