In het Nationaal Plan voor de sector citrusvruchten zijn middelen ter hoogte van 140 miljard lire voorzien, die echter niet zijn bestemd voor inkomenssteun. Is de Commissie niet van mening dat zij de reeds uitgetrokken middelen moet aanvullen met 500 miljard lire extra om een inkomenssteun van 3 miljoen lire per hectare toe te kennen, immers het met citrusvruchten (sinaasappels, citroenen, mandarijnen, grapefruit) beplante gebied heeft een oppervlak van ongevaar 180.000 hectare?
