The Commission is hereby authorised to negotiate, on behalf of the Union, as regards matters falling within the Union's competence and in respect of which the Union has adopted rules, amendments to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer at the Conference of the Parties to that Convention and at the Meetings of the Parties to that Protocol in 2015 and 2016.
De Commissie wordt hierbij gemachtigd om namens de Unie, voor aangelegenheden die onder de bevoegdheid van de Unie vallen en ten aanzien waarvan de Unie regels heeft vastgesteld, te onderhandelen over wijzigingen in het Verdrag van Wenen ter bescherming van de ozonlaag en in het Protocol van Montreal betreffende stoffen die de ozonlaag afbreken tijdens de Conferentie van de Partijen bij dat verdrag en tijdens de vergaderingen van de partijen bij dat protocol in 2015 en 2016.
