= the significant and constructive contribution made, on a voluntary basis, by all parties involved in the European Electricity Regulatory Forum, "the Florence process", (comprising Member States, regulators, the European Commission and European Transmission Systems Operators (ETSO), with the participation of representatives of the European Parliament, network users, traders, consumers and power exchanges) in adapting their efforts and structures at European level to the new realities of the internal electricity market;
= alle bij het Europese Elektriciteitsreguleringsforum ("proces van Florence") betrokken partijen (lidstaten, regulerende instanties, Europese Commissie en Europese transmissienetbeheerders (ETSO), met de deelneming van vertegenwoordigers van het Europees Parlement, netwerkgebruikers, handel, consumenten, elektriciteitsuitwisselingen) vrijwillig een aanmerkelijke, constructieve bijdrage hebben geleverd door hun inspanningen en structuren op Europees niveau aan te passen aan de nieuwe realiteiten van de interne elektriciteitsmarkt;
