4. The eco-label may not be awarded to substances or preparations classified as very toxic, toxic, dangerous to the environment, carcinogenic, toxic for reproduction, or mutagenic in accordance with Council Directive 67/548/EEC(9) or Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(10) nor to goods manufactured by processes which are likely to significantly harm man and/or the environment, or in their normal application could be harmful to the consumer.
4. De milieukeur mag niet worden verleend voor stoffen of preparaten die ingedeeld zijn als zeer vergiftig, vergiftig, gevaarlijk voor het milieu, kankerverwekkend, toxisch voor de voortplanting of mutageen, overeenkomstig Richtlijn 67/548/EEG van de Raad(9) en Richtlijn 1999/45/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad(10), noch voor goederen die zijn vervaardigd volgens een procédé dat significante schade voor mens en/of milieu tot gevolg kan hebben of die bij normaal gebruik schadelijk kunnen zijn voor de consument.
