In particular, measures on Community level should concentrate on key actions, such as the support of knowledge and innovation in Europe, the reform of the state aid policy, better regulation, the Internal Market for services, the completion of the Doha round, the removal of obstacles to mobility, economic migration, and the social consequences of economic restructuring.
De communautaire maatregelen moeten met name worden gericht op essentiële thema's, zoals steun voor kennis en innovatie in Europa, de hervorming van het staatssteunbeleid, een betere regelgeving, de interne markt voor diensten, de voltooiing van de Doha-ronde, het verwijderen van obstakels voor mobiliteit, economische migratie en de sociale gevolgen van economische herstructureringen.
