The Commission has noted on the basis of information supplied by the United States of America that an official programme, the Kiln Drying Sawn Hardwood Lumber Certification Program, has been approved by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, US Department of Agriculture and will be operated by the US National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA).
De Commissie heeft op grond van door de Verenigde Staten van Amerika verstrekte gegevens vastgesteld dat de Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service van het ministerie van Landbouw van de VS een officieel programma, het Kiln Drying Sawn Hardwood Lumber Certification Program, heeft goedgekeurd en dat dat programma zal worden beheerd door de Amerikaanse National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA).
