Using complementarity between the areas of civil protection and humanitarian aid in particular, the training network could also develop expertise in sectors such as logistics, crisis communication, water, food, healthcare, public health, protection and shelter by building on capacity available through NOHA, academic humanitarian programmes in the Member States and on other training networking experiences, such as the European Group on Training (EGT).
Voorts zou het opleidingsnetwerk gebruik kunnen maken van de complementariteit tussen civiele bescherming en humanitaire hulp in het bijzonder en deskundigheid kunnen ontwikkelen in sectoren als logistiek, crisiscommunicatie, water, voedsel, gezondheidszorg, volksgezondheid, bescherming en huisvesting, door voort te bouwen op de deskundigheid van het netwerk voor humanitaire bijstand (NOHA), academische opleidingsprogramma's op het gebied van humanitaire hulp in de lidstaten, en andere ervaringen met opleidingsnetwerken, zoals de Europese groep voor opleiding (EGT).
