‘EPA countries’ means regions or states which are part of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States and which have concluded agreements establishing, or leading to the establishment of, Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA), when such an EPA is either provisionally applied, or enters into force, whichever is the earlier;
a) „EPO-landen”: gebieden of staten behorende tot de Groep van staten in Afrika, het Caribische gebied en de Stille Oceaan (ACS) die overeenkomsten hebben gesloten tot instelling van, of leidende tot instelling van, een economische partnerschapsovereenkomst (EPO), als een dergelijke EPO voorlopig wordt toegepast of, als dit eerder het geval is, in werking treedt;
