In parallel with the above specific activities in the context of the Community Strategy for Endocrine Disrupters, the issue of endocrine disruption is also addressed, either directly or indirectly, in a new legislative proposal in the field of water policy, in the recent White Paper on a strategy for a future chemicals policy and in the proposed revision of the General Product Safety Directive.
37. Tegelijk met bovengenoemde specifieke activiteiten in de context van de communautaire strategie voor hormoonontregelaars komt het onderwerp hormoonontregeling direct of indirect ook aan de orde in een nieuw voorstel voor wetgeving op het gebied van het waterbeleid, in het recente witboek over een strategie voor een toekomstig beleid voor chemische stoffen en in de voorgestelde herziening van de richtlijn inzake algemene productveiligheid.
