(3) This Regulation should also specify the additional factors necessary for the final calculation of the levy payable for deliveries and that for direct sales, the measures to ensure payment of the levy in good time by the Member State to the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) Guarantee Section, and lastly, the rules on checks to ensure that contributions to the payment of the levy have been correctly collected.
(3) Bij deze verordening moeten ook worden vastgesteld: de benodigde aanvullende elementen voor de eindberekening van de voor leveringen verschuldigde heffing en de voor rechtstreekse verkopen verschuldigde heffing, de maatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de lidstaat de heffing tijdig betaalt aan het Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de Landbouw (EOGFL), afdeling Garantie, en ten slotte de regels inzake de controles om voor een correcte inning van de bijdragen aan de betaling van de heffing te zorgen.
