The competent authorities should have the possibility to carry out official controls on all operators that are subject to this Regulation, and in particular on breed societies, on breeding operations, on third parties carrying out performance testing or genetic evaluation and on breeders, and, if they issue zootechnical certificates, on semen collection and storage centres, embryo storage centres, and on embryo collection or production teams.
De bevoegde autoriteiten moeten officiële controles kunnen verrichten van alle operatoren die aan deze verordening zijn onderworpen, met name stamboekverenigingen, fokkerijgroeperingen, derden die prestatieonderzoek of genetische evaluatie verrichten, en fokkers, en, indien zij zoötechnische certificaten afgeven, spermacentra en sperma-opslagcentra, embryo-opslagcentra, embryoteams of embryoproductieteams.
