As regards the accounting and administrative information needed to analyse the development of RAL in greater depth, particularly in terms of the state of execution on the ground and the nature of the payments made, the CRIS Data Entry system (Saisie) and the accounting system adapted to the new demands of the Financial Regulation as regards types of payments should make this kind of analysis possible from 2003.
Wat de boekhoudkundige en administratieve gegevens betreft die nodig zijn om de ontwikkeling van de RAL grondiger te analyseren, met name wat betreft de stand van uitvoering ter plaatse en de aard van de verrichte betalingen, deze analyse zal mogelijk worden vanaf 2003 dankzij het CRIS-data-invoeringssysteem en het boekhoudsysteem dat aan de nieuwe eisen van het Financieel Reglement met betrekking tot de soorten betalingen is aangepast.
