Driving licences shall not be issued or renewed if, during the medical examination, it is shown that the horizontal field of vision is less than 120o o, apart from exceptional cases duly justified by a favourable medical opinion and a positive practical test, or that the person concerned suffers from any other eye condition that would compromise safe driving.
Het rijbewijs mag niet worden afgegeven of verlengd, indien bij het medisch onderzoek blijkt dat het horizontale gezichtsveld kleiner is dan 120o o, behalve in uitzonderingsgevallen op grond van een gunstig medisch advies en een positieve praktische test, of indien blijkt dat het gezichtsvermogen van de betrokkene op een zodanige andere wijze is aangetast dat hij niet veilig kan rijden.
