Currently, the RD involved concentrates particularly on the so-called 'paediatric multivalent' combinations of Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis or DTP (a multivalent vaccine combining these three antigens has already existed for decades), polio, Haemophilus Influenzae B (Hib) -one of the causes of meningitis- and Hepatitis B (Hep B) antigens.
