The aid may be provided to support fossil fuel and, or biomass power plants (including co-fired power plants with fossil fuels and biomass) or other industrial installations equipped with CO2 capture, transport and storage facilities, or individual elements of the CCS chain.
De steun kan worden toegekend voor het steunen van fossiel- en/of biomassagestookte elektriciteitscentrales (met inbegrip van centrales met bijstook van fossiele brandstoffen en biomassa) of voor andere industriële installaties die zijn uitgerust met faciliteiten voor CO2-afvang, -transport en -opslag, of voor individuele onderdelen van de keten van CO2-afvang tot CO2-opslag.
