As concerns the concept of the ‘last substantial transformation’ referred to in Article 24 of the Community Customs Code, in the case of steel wire ropes, it is considered that this product has undergone its last substantial processing or working when it is classified in a four-digit Harmonised System Tariff Heading (the four-digit Heading) distinct from the four-digit Headings where the materials used in the manufacturing of this product were classified.
Bij stalen kabels wordt er wat betreft „de laatste ingrijpende verwerking of bewerking”, waarnaar in artikel 24 van het communautair douanewetboek wordt verwezen, van uitgegaan dat dit product zijn laatste ingrijpende verwerking of bewerking heeft ondergaan wanneer het wordt ingedeeld onder een andere, uit vier cijfers bestaande tariefpost van het geharmoniseerd systeem (hierna „de 4-cijferpost” genoemd) dan de 4-cijferposten waaronder de materialen worden ingedeeld die voor de vervaardiging van deze producten worden gebruikt.
