For rim brakes, for the purposes of the special provisions relating to testing with wet brakes in the UNECE regulation mentioned above, the water shall be directed onto the part of the wheel rim providing the friction, with the nozzles positioned 10 to 30 mm to the rear of the brake blocks.
Bij velgremmen moet voor de toepassing van de speciale bepalingen betreffende het testen van natte remmen zoals voorzien in het bovengenoemde VN/ECE-reglement het water op het deel van de wielvelg worden gespoten dat de wrijving verzorgt, waarbij de spuitopeningen 10 tot 30 mm van de achterzijde van de remblokken worden geplaatst.
