Not later than 25 August 2010, in the light of technical progress and experience, the Commission shall review the technical provisions of this Directive and, in particular, the conditions for requiring the Upper Legform to Frontal Protection System test, the inclusion of an Adult Headform to Frontal Protection System test and the specification of a Child Headform to Frontal Protection System test.
Uiterlijk op 25 augustus 2010 beoordeelt de Commissie, in het licht van de technische vooruitgang en de opgedane ervaring, de technische bepalingen van deze richtlijn, en met name de voorwaarden voor het eisen van een test Bovenbeen-botslichaam tegen frontbeschermingsinrichting, de opneming van een test Botslichaam in de vorm van het hoofd van een volwassene tegen frontbeschermingsinrichting en de specificaties voor de test Botslichaam in de vorm van het hoofd van een kind tegen frontbeschermingsinrichting.
