The food additives ‘Brilliant Black BN, Black PN’ (E 151) or ‘Carboxy methyl cellulose, Sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, Cellulose gum’ (E 466) and foods containing those food additives, labelled or placed on the market up to twenty four months after the entry into force of this Regulation and which do not comply with the requirements of this Regulation, may be marketed until the stocks are exhausted.
De levensmiddelenadditieven „briljantzwart BN, zwart PN” (E 151) of „carboxymethylcellulose, natriumcarboxymethylcellulose, cellulosegom” (E 466) en levensmiddelen die deze levensmiddelenadditieven bevatten, die worden geëtiketteerd of in de handel gebracht tot 24 maanden na de inwerkingtreding van deze verordening en die niet aan de vereisten van deze verordening voldoen, mogen in de handel worden gebracht totdat de voorraden zijn uitgeput.
