Done at The Hague, on the twenty-third day of November in the year two thousand and seven, in the English and French languages, both texts being equally authentic, in a single copy which shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and of which a certified copy shall be sent, through diplomatic channels, to each of the Members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law at the date of its Twenty-First Session and to each of the other States which have participated in that Session.
Gedaan te ’s Gravenhage, de drieëntwintigste november tweeduizend zeven, in de Engelse en de Franse taal, zijnde beide teksten gelijkelijk authentiek, in een enkel exemplaar dat zal worden nedergelegd in het archief van de regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, en waarvan een gewaarmerkt afschrift langs diplomatieke weg zal worden toegezonden aan elk van de leden van de Haagse Conferentie voor Internationaal Privaatrecht ten tijde van haar eenentwintigste zitting, alsmede aan alle andere staten die aan die zitting hebben deelgenomen.
