It follows that under the above-mentioned provisions the applicant is entitled to obtain access to data held by EPSO that enables him to be identified but not access to his marked test paper, the questions on which he failed, the reasons why his answers were incorrect or the assessment chart used.
Krachtens de genoemde bepalingen heeft verzoeker dus recht op toegang tot de door het EPSO bewaarde gegevens aan de hand waarvan hij kan worden geïdentificeerd, maar niet tot zijn gecorrigeerde examenwerk, de vragen waarvoor hij niet was geslaagd, de reden waarom zijn antwoorden niet juist waren of het gebruikte beoordelingsschema.
